Microdosing Mindfulness, part 4

The Endless Amazing List 💫

Will you pause with me for a moment? Set down what’s heavy and confusing for just a sec, and notice what’s amazing.

Not sure where to start? If you’re reading this right now (and you are!) … isn’t that alone freaking amazing?! Words, literacy, language, our devices that transmit information, the brains that receive and somehow makes sense of it all … how are we not always utterly completely amazed by it all?! The more we do notice what’s amazing right now, the deeper the gratitude.

Small deposits of amazement add up to big joy.

PRACTICE IDEA - Take a breath. Maybe let the palms of your hands touch, or let your fingertips dance across each other, or take a sip of water, or flip on a light switch. Just notice … what’s amazing you right now? Please share on this little form here, and see our collective amazement add up in the space below. 👇
