Join me for yoga! Even if you’ve never practiced yoga before. Especially if you’ve never practiced yoga before.
We’ll meet near the tennis courts at Walla Walla Point Park. Bring water and a mat and/or thin blanket. I’ll have a few extra mats with me. Wear sunscreen!
This is yoga for every body. If you show up and practice being present through the mindful attention to body and breath, you will be practicing yoga, just like that! No handstands required. The benefits begin immediately. Show up exactly as you are right now. Because now is better than ever.
